As a proactive response to the coronavirus outbreak, Tonganoxie United Methodist Church has made the decision to suspend all church meetings and activities until April 1st, with the exception of Care Quest Early Learning. The Care Quest schedule follows that of Tonganoxie School District 46. The Care Quest Board is monitoring the situation and following the guidelines of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment for their students, parents and staff.
Good News! Although we will not be open for Sunday Services, TUMC will do a single Live Stream service at 10:00 am on Sundays. Pastor Changsu will provide announcements, prayer and message each week.
We feel it is in the best interest of all to take this action. This is a preventative, proactive strategy to help slow down the spread of Coronavirus COVID19. The TUMC Church Council will continue to monitor the situation and plans to meet again on March 26th about how TUMC will move forward past April 1st.
